This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Design, develop, and sustain automation solutions aimed at minimizing manual efforts in onboarding end-users for applications that are not integrated with Active Directory.
• Automate the processes of user provisioning and de-provisioning for applications that do not support RBAC or modern identity interfaces.
• Create and maintain PowerShell and Python scripts to enhance and replicate manual access workflows.
• Develop and support robotic process automation (RPA) solutions for repetitive tasks associated with human-driven application onboarding.
• Identify, analyze, and document manual onboarding workflows to uncover potential automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with IAM, application, and infrastructure teams to ensure automation aligns with security and operational standards.
• Ensure that automated processes are auditable, repeatable, and compliant with access governance protocols.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and refine automation workflows to enhance reliability and accuracy.
• Create and update technical documentation for automation scripts, RPA workflows, and onboarding processes.
• Assess new automation technologies and methodologies to boost efficiency and scalability.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required.
• Equivalent professional experience may be accepted in place of a 4-year degree.
• A minimum of 5 years in IAM engineering, architecture, or similar roles is required.
• Experience with identity governance and access control systems.
• Proven experience in automating end-user onboarding for applications that do not integrate with Active Directory.
• Experience in automating user provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
• Proficiency in developing scripts using PowerShell and Python.
• Familiarity with robotic process automation (RPA).
• Understanding of RBAC and modern identity interfaces.
• Ability to ensure processes are auditable, repeatable, and compliant with access governance standards.
• Capability to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows.
