This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and set up cohort branches, school registrations, teacher/facilitator groups, registration portals, forms, payment methods, and Salesforce enrollments and permissions.
• Conduct comprehensive testing of the entire registration process prior to each registration period.
• Address issues related to registration, payment gateways, and cross-system data synchronization.
• Create and revise cohort FAQ pages incorporating feedback from in-country leads.
• Import courses into Salesforce.
• Generate weekly Salesforce progress reports and conduct error checks.
• Release course reports and outcomes through TalentLMS user fields.
• Export end-of-term results to Salesforce.
• Develop scalable automation solutions to detect synchronization issues.
• Execute manual system updates for unique circumstances.
• Collaborate with the iDE team and liaise with Edify HR and IT regarding the impacts on TalentLMS and Salesforce.
• Create and review end-of-term score reports together with the iDE team.
• Coordinate the sharing of term results with teachers via WhatsApp, Salesforce, or TalentLMS.
• Deactivate Salesforce cohorts and remove TalentLMS branches at the end of each term.
• Conduct quality assurance for LMS courses, perform data quality analysis, and troubleshoot systems automation.

• Experience in course design within an LMS environment.

• Familiarity with LMS systems; TalentLMS is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Flow.
• Proficient in WordPress.
• Experience with Zapier or a similar workflow integration platform.
• Familiarity with WooCommerce.
• Preferred: PHP, Linux, MySQL.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of experience in the IT sector focusing on systems integration.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams, partner organizations, and individuals involved in the iDE program.
• Full-time remote position.
• Annual all-staff meeting with mandatory attendance; the location alternates each year between a US-based or international venue.
