IAG Technician Helper

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Support the technician during inspections, including preparation and equipment handling.

• Adhere to established testing protocols under the guidance or supervision of a certified inspector.

• Conduct QA/QC review processes on deliverables to ensure compliance with reporting quality standards.

• Observe all safety procedures, including visual inspections and area monitoring.

• Acquire knowledge from written guidelines and verbal directions.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification is mandatory.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, including Teams, SharePoint, Forms, and other applications.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

• Competent in using computers and cloud-based data management and reporting tools.

• Confined Space Entry Training may be necessary.

• Capability to learn from written instructions and verbal guidance.

• Ability to work independently in a safe and effective manner with minimal oversight in a procedure-focused environment.

• Must meet the minimum company criteria to operate a company vehicle and qualify for coverage under the company insurance policy.

• Willingness and capacity to travel on short notice and for extended durations.

• Hold a valid driver’s license and be capable of renting vehicles for inspection purposes.

• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and in confined spaces.
