Hypercare Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the transition from implementation to ongoing administration for new client setups on the bswift platform.

• Coordinate go-live activities, manage events in transition, and oversee post-go-live hypercare efforts.

• Manage timelines and internal processes, providing updates to executive leadership on governance and execution.

• Identify and address project risks, escalating issues as necessary and communicating delivery timelines.

• Facilitate transition, knowledge transfer, training, status updates, and other meetings related to implementation.

• Ensure that implementation documentation is completed thoroughly and understood by the receiving teams.

• Hold internal stakeholder teams accountable for achieving key milestones across implementation, client services, service center, and center of excellence teams.

• Monitor client health following go-live and establish feedback mechanisms for lessons learned and ongoing improvement.

• Track industry trends and propose modifications to enhance the client service strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in project management, implementation, and/or client relationship management within the benefits administration sector.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills when interacting with internal, external, technical, and non-technical team members.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• High levels of productivity, reliability, responsibility, attendance, dependability, organization, and attention to detail.

• Initiative to meet challenges resourcefully and creatively while upholding quality standards.
