This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Ensure the seamless operation of Budderfly HVAC Units within the designated geographic area.
• Maintain and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems and equipment.
• Identify potential maintenance risks associated with HVAC/R equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC/R systems.
• Conduct commissioning checks of HVAC Units, which includes verifying and adjusting RTU controller configurations and mechanical performance.
• Carry out physical maintenance tasks such as changing filters, cleaning coils, inspecting/replacing belts, and checking units for mechanical failures.
• Clean, adjust, and repair systems while also providing warranty services.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency repair needs.
• Maintain daily logs and records within the Company work order system.
• Ensure adherence to relevant State and Federal standards as well as the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Follow service standards, work instructions, and meet customer expectations.
• Assist with customer inquiries.
• Experience with HVAC Controls.
• Familiarity with Lennox Core Controllers and Carrier SystemVu controllers is advantageous.
• Ability to identify control and mechanical issues before they escalate.
• Commitment to continuous professional and technical development.
• A focus on customer service and safety.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to collaborate effectively with organizational teams.
• Recent Technical School graduates are encouraged to apply.
