This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for routine HR inquiries from employees and managers.

• Offer guidance on HR programs, policies, processes, and available resources.

• Address routine HR issues and escalate complex or sensitive matters as necessary.

• Convert HR priorities into actionable tasks and coordinate activities among stakeholders.

• Monitor commitments and deadlines, ensuring assigned work is completed effectively.

• Manage onboarding processes and employee lifecycle interactions.

• Coordinate mentor program assignments and ensure managers receive integration plans.

• Order and manage welcome kits while supporting new-hire orientation.

• Identify and address gaps in the employee experience.

• Maintain HRIS records and create recurring and ad-hoc workforce reports.

• Analyze people data to identify discrepancies, trends, and necessary follow-up actions.

• Maintain employee documentation and assist with audits and compliance activities.

• Support FMLA, ADA, EEO, and other relevant federal and state employment requirements.

• Organize employee engagement, recognition, surveys, and culture initiatives.

• Facilitate performance, compensation, promotion, and talent processes.

• Provide direction on established HR policies and practices.

• Lead or contribute to HR projects and process enhancements.

• Offer broad support to the HR team while managing competing priorities and anticipating deliverables.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in an HR Generalist or similar role involving multiple areas of the employee lifecycle.

• Capability to independently manage HR processes, priorities, and deliverables with minimal supervision.

• Familiarity with HR best practices and federal and state employment regulations.

• Experience providing support to employees and managers regarding routine HR queries, policies, and processes, including appropriate judgment for escalation.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder needs.

• Proficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication, problem-solving, follow-through, and interpersonal skills.

• Discretion and sound judgment when managing confidential and sensitive employee information.
