Freelance HR Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete talent acquisition process for internal FyerX positions and client staffing projects, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.

• Design, implement, and enhance remote-first HR policies, onboarding processes, and offboarding protocols.

• Keep accurate records for employees and freelancers, encompassing contracts, NDAs, and compliance documents.

• Promote employee engagement and performance management through regular check-ins, conflict resolution, and the cultivation of a remote work culture.

• Process payroll inputs and oversee leave tracking.

• Act as the main point of contact for HR-related inquiries from internal teams and freelance consultants.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an HR Professional or Generalist.

• Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, employee relations, and essential HR operations.

• Over 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources focused on recruitment and general HR administration for corporate clients or agencies.

• Practical experience with contemporary Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).

• Comprehensive knowledge of standard recruitment practices, remote work compliance, and general employment best practices.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, along with empathy, discretion, and the capability to manage sensitive information confidentially.

• A strategic mindset for problem-solving and a proactive approach to overcoming talent challenges and enhancing organizational culture.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.

• Capability to independently manage various HR initiatives while effectively coordinating with a fully remote team.

• Previous experience in multidisciplinary settings such as marketing agencies, technology firms, or staffing companies is a plus.
