HR Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer guidance and support to Managers, Supervisors, and Employees on Human Resources issues, encompassing policies and procedures, employee relations, compensation, conflict resolution, and employee benefits.

• Administer and clarify Human Resources policies and programs.

• Provide insights and guidance on employee relations matters while ensuring adherence to state and federal employment regulations.

• Advise Managers and Supervisors on employee performance challenges and corrective measures.

• Interpret policies and regulations to address performance, management, and corrective-action matters equitably and consistently.

• Collaborate with business units to execute individual and organizational development strategies.

• Deliver ad hoc training sessions and, when appropriate, company-wide training initiatives and presentations.

• Address employee inquiries related to policies, staffing, and disciplinary actions.

• Identify, resolve, or direct complex issues related to training, compensation, staffing, and employee relations.

• Assist with HR projects from conception to execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a primary HR role with progressive responsibilities.

• Fundamental knowledge of employment and labor legislation.

• Basic familiarity with employee benefit plans and their administration, compensation, and staffing processes.

• Introductory understanding of change management and principles of organizational development.

• Proven presentation and facilitation abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• For remote positions, demonstrate high engagement in virtual settings, including maintaining a visible presence during meetings.

• Must pass pre-employment substance abuse testing.
