šŸ“‹ Description

• Cultivate strong relationships with business leaders, grasp their objectives, and align HR strategies with organizational growth and performance.

• Act as an extension of clients’ internal teams, overseeing the complete HR function.

• Offer strategic and everyday HR assistance to small and medium-sized enterprises.

• Consult on organizational structure, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and related HR issues.

• Manage benefits administration and payroll coordination.

• Formulate and implement policies.

• Conduct training sessions.

• Oversee workers’ compensation and compliance matters.

• Provide support to clients across various states and industries while adapting to different regulations and business requirements.

• Anticipate client needs, identify potential risks, and execute proactive HR solutions.

• Prioritize and manage multiple clients and accounts effectively.

• Act as a trusted partner, offering both guidance and execution.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably as an HR Manager or in an ā€œHR department of oneā€ role supporting the entire employee lifecycle.

• Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels.

• Proven ability to establish credibility with leadership and influence decision-making.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple clients with varying needs.

• Strong interpersonal skills emphasizing trust, empathy, and effective communication.

• Proficient in navigating complex situations and delivering practical, compliant solutions.

• A degree in HR or Business with an HR focus and/or SHRM/HRCI certification is required.

• Experience with HRIS, payroll, and HR systems.

• Comfortable with learning new tools.

• Alignment with a progressive, people-first philosophy.

• Ability to work remotely within Eastern or Central Time Zones.

• Occasional travel may be necessary.
