Human Resources Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Initiate changes to organizational structures within Workday and VantagePoint.

• Offer first-level assistance to group leaders, department heads, and employees regarding HR inquiries.

• Create job descriptions and synchronize career planning tools.

• Advise managers and staff on leave of absence procedures and collaborate with the Benefits Team.

• Assist with employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, check-ins, pulse surveys, and exits.

• Facilitate performance reviews, coach line managers, and develop programs for engagement and development.

• Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and ADA accommodations.

• Engage in special projects and committee activities.

• Align people strategies with organizational objectives and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred with a minimum of 7+ years of experience.

• Exceptional organizational skills coupled with a strong inquisitive mindset.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Practical experience with an HRIS system; Workday experience is preferred.

• Strong understanding of state laws and compliance in WA, OR, CO, and/or CA.

• Must reside in the Pacific or Mountain time zones.

• Collaborative, solution-focused, emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and resilient.

• Background in employee relations, leave support, performance management, HR compliance, and organizational development.
