Human Resource Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

• Oversee all facets of the Human Resources department.

• Formulate and execute HR strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years in progressive Human Resources leadership roles.

• Proven experience as an HR Director or in a comparable senior HR position.

• Familiarity with both startups and larger enterprises.

• Strong strategic thinking capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• A Master's degree or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent) is preferred.
