This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist clients in creating top-tier safety and risk management programs.
• Improve contractor performance while ensuring compliance across various industries.
• Partner with clients to design, implement, and advance contractor risk management programs that adhere to OSHA regulations, industry standards, and organizational goals.
• Perform risk assessments and audits to assess contractor safety performance and identify potential hazards.
• Compare and analyze contractor performance metrics against industry benchmarks.
• Propose innovative HSE solutions utilizing industry knowledge and forward-thinking methodologies.
• Examine data and offer evidence-based suggestions to enhance safety results and reduce risks.
• Facilitate the integration of risk management practices into contractor onboarding, training, and evaluation processes.
• Create customized action plans to address contractor compliance, safety performance, and risk management deficiencies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, training sessions, and written materials.
• Investigate and establish HSE protocols that incorporate risk management principles.
• Represent the organization at industry-related events, conferences, and workshops.
• Stay updated on developments in risk management, OSHA legislation, and industry trends.
• Report directly to the HSE Manager.
• A minimum of 4+ years of experience in the HSE sector, specializing in contractor risk management, compliance, and safety auditing.
• Preferred recognized safety certifications include ASP, CSP, CHST, SMS, or equivalent.
• In-depth understanding of OSHA regulations, risk management frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Capability to analyze and benchmark contractor performance metrics, recognize trends, and develop actionable insights.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Experience in public speaking, giving presentations, and producing high-quality written documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities, with a talent for influencing stakeholders and driving projects forward.
• Familiarity with emerging safety trends, including AI-driven risk management tools, is advantageous.
• Prior experience with Veriforce products is beneficial, including CPro, VeriSource, or Training Suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%–40% within the United States.
