This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Provide support and maintenance for the HRIS (UKG)
• Act as the technical liaison for HR and payroll
• Investigate and resolve issues related to HRIS, including unexpected outcomes and process deficiencies
• Execute scheduled HRIS tasks and suggest solutions or alternative methods
• Propose enhancements to processes and customer service, innovative solutions, policy modifications, and deviations from established policies
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and stakeholders, including payroll and IT
• Create, maintain, and support reports and queries utilizing suitable reporting tools
• Assist in the creation of standard reports to meet ongoing business requirements
• Ensure the integrity of HR system data by conducting queries, audits, and data analysis
• Develop and sustain user procedures, guidelines, and documentation
• Provide support to users regarding new processes and functionalities
• Keep abreast of current HRIS trends, product and service advancements, delivery, support, and emerging technologies
• Enhance knowledge of HR and HRIS applications/tools through professional development, product resources, and industry forums
• At least one year of experience in HRIS or two to four years in an HR generalist or specialist role
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, human resources, business, information systems, or a related area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred
• Experience in system implementation is desirable
• Required HRIS experience; UKG experience is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required; familiarity with SharePoint is preferred
• Capability to operate within a globally distributed organization
• Strong project management and organizational abilities, including preparing, prioritizing, and completing tasks
• Availability to work U.S. Pacific Time Zone hours, currently from 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM IST
