This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Oversee the configuration, maintenance, enhancement, testing, and upgrading of HR applications, systems, and modules, with a primary focus on Workday.
• Deliver daily system support, troubleshooting assistance, user guidance, and issue resolution for HRIS users and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders to identify process gaps, system enhancements, and automation needs.
• Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday integrations with ATS, Finance, Procurement systems, employee portals, and various business applications.
• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize custom reports, dashboards, and data extracts within Workday.
• Manage HRIS security roles, user access, permissions, and governance processes.
• Ensure HR data quality, system controls, audit readiness, and compliance with internal policies and data privacy regulations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and HRIS vendors.
• Engage in vendor evaluation, procurement decisions, implementation planning, and commercial negotiations.
• Lead or assist in HRIS projects including implementations, upgrades, integrations, process redesign, testing, change management, and user adoption.
• Create and maintain HRIS documentation, configuration records, user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
• Perform additional related duties as needed.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR technology, HR operations systems, or a comparable role.
• Hands-on experience with Workday is essential, including familiarity with Workday HCM, Time Tracking, Learning, Reporting, Security, and/or Integrations.
• Experience in supporting Workday integrations with third-party applications, such as ATS, Finance, Procurement, payroll, employee experience, or other enterprise systems.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into practical HR system configurations, reports, workflows, or process improvements.
• Strong project management and execution capabilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working alongside HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and external vendors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in managing HR data.
