This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire integration lifecycle for designated clients, from the initial scoping phase to post-launch support.

• Facilitate integration scoping discussions and technical discovery meetings with customer HRIS and payroll teams.

• Design and set up mappings for census and payroll data according to customer specifications and benefits eligibility criteria.

• Perform integration testing, validation, and user acceptance testing in collaboration with customers.

• Act as the primary point of escalation for complex integration issues faced by customers.

• Manage customer relationships and expectations throughout the onboarding process and ongoing support.

• Construct and configure file-based and API-based integrations with various HRIS vendors.

• Oversee the rollout of Flexspring API integrations, including testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting procedures.

• Develop custom data transformations and field-level mapping logic.

• Implement and test advanced integration features, such as ignore/notify functionality and field-level overrides.

• Diagnose complex data discrepancies, formatting issues, and integration failures.

• Collaborate with Engineering on system enhancements, bug fixes, and overall platform improvements.

• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HRIS integration processes.

• Build and enhance the HRIS System Knowledge Hub with best practices tailored to specific platforms.

• Document platform-specific nuances across various HRIS systems.

• Develop testing protocols and validation checklists for new types of integrations.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives for efficiency gains.

• Provide training and mentorship to junior HRIS team members.

• Collaborate with Account Management on customer onboarding schedules and expectations.

• Assist Technical Implementation Specialists with complex questions regarding eligibility and census data.

• Work alongside Engineering on design, integration architecture, and the technical roadmap.

• Address urgent payroll and census processing challenges.

• Engage in customer success initiatives and participate in quarterly business reviews.

• Monitor integration health and performance metrics within the customer portfolio.

• Conduct root cause analyses on recurring integration challenges and implement preventive measures.

• Track the status of integration projects and manage team workload and capacity.

• Report on integration trends, platform capabilities, and the health of customer relationships.

• Contribute to strategic decisions regarding integration tools, partnerships, and team structure.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in HRIS integration, implementation, or administration roles with increasing levels of responsibility.

• Extensive knowledge of multiple HRIS/payroll platforms, including ADP, Paychex, UKG, Workday, Paycom, Rippling, and BambooHR, along with their API functionalities.

• Proven experience managing full-cycle HRIS integration projects from initial scoping through to launch.

• Strong technical knowledge of APIs, data mapping, and file formats such as CSV, XML, and JSON.

• In-depth understanding of benefits eligibility rules, census data requirements, and payroll data structures.

• Experience handling customer-facing implementation projects, including scoping, requirements gathering, and managing changes.

• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple concurrent integration projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex data and integration challenges.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently and drive projects to successful completion.

• Must be able to work in alignment with US Pacific Time.
