HRIS Analyst – Workday

📋 Description

• Administer, configure, and enhance HR technology platforms including Workday, Lever, and others.

• Coordinate the release of Workday updates, conduct testing activities, and implement new functionalities.

• Utilize AI to streamline processes and boost operational efficiencies.

• Oversee Workday business processes, security roles, organizational structures, and system improvements.

• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data through audits, validations, and governance practices.

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to assist in decision-making.

• Facilitate system integrations, upgrades, releases, testing, and troubleshooting efforts.

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams to enhance processes and promote automation.

• Engage in HR technology projects, implementations, and change management initiatives.

• Develop system documentation, user guides, and training materials while acting as a Workday subject matter expert.

• Optimize the HR technology ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on Workday.

• Provide workforce insights to support business decisions.

• Report to the Sr. Manager, HR Technology & Optimization.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in HRIS administration, reporting, and analytics.

• 3 to 5 years of direct experience with Workday is mandatory.

• Familiarity with Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Talent & Performance, Learning, Absence Management, or Security is essential.

• Proficient in advanced Workday reporting, including the use of calculated fields, dashboards, and analytics.

• Knowledgeable in HR processes, data governance, system integrations, and best practices in HR technology.

• Strong analytical, Excel, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in supporting system implementations, upgrades, process enhancements, and automation projects.

• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.

• Capable of translating technical concepts into user-friendly solutions and fostering effective cross-functional collaborations.
