This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main resource for Workday support, addressing system issues and resolving end-user queries.
• Conduct ongoing system maintenance, provide configuration support, ensure quality assurance, and validate data across Workday modules.
• Facilitate Workday business processes, manage security administration, generate reports, and enhance system functionality.
• Keep system documentation, process guides, and knowledge base materials up to date.
• Offer training and guidance to end-users regarding Workday functionalities, processes, and industry best practices.
• Assist with Workday functionalities in Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Core HCM, Payroll, Talent, and Recruiting modules.
• Collaborate with Compensation, Benefits, and HR teams on Total Rewards configurations and reporting.
• Aid in audits, validations, and data reviews related to compensation and benefits management.
• Engage in Workday releases, testing cycles, system upgrades, and enhancement initiatives.
• Implement testing plans, confirm results, and assist with deployment activities.
• Discover opportunities for automation, reporting improvements, and process efficiencies.
• Work collaboratively across departments on continuous improvement projects and HR technology capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of Workday functionalities, encompassing Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Core HCM, Payroll, Talent, and Recruiting.
• Proficient in HRIS reporting, data validation, and system administration.
• Proven ability to address technical issues and devise effective solutions in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of supporting a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and excellence in customer service.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across various functional teams.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• A combination of education and experience may be considered equivalent.
• Over 5 years of experience in HRIS, Workday, systems analysis, or HR technology.
• At least 3 years of practical experience supporting Workday Benefits, Absence, and Compensation modules.
• Experience in supporting Workday reporting, system administration, data quality, and end-user assistance.
• Background in collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to implement technology solutions and process enhancements.
