HRIS Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as the main administrator and support resource for Workday HCM and its associated modules.

• Deliver daily system support, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user guidance.

• Analyze, diagnose, and address both functional and technical HR system challenges.

• Oversee tickets, service requests, and inquiries in alignment with established service levels.

• Discover opportunities to enhance HR processes through automation and system improvements.

• Remain updated on Workday functionalities, industry trends, and best practices in HR technology.

• Contribute to the long-term HRIS strategy and roadmap initiatives.

• Provide support for Workday Core HCM, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Scheduling, and other implemented modules.

• Maintain data integrity, compliance, and operational excellence across a global workforce.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in HRIS, HR Technology, or HR Systems.

• More than 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday, specifically supporting Core HCM and related modules.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in each language.

• Experience in configuring and supporting Workday business processes, security, and reporting.

• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent stakeholder management and a customer service-oriented mindset.

• Availability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

• Experience in supporting a global workforce across various countries and time zones.

• Familiarity with Workday Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Scheduling.

• Background in supporting Workday implementations, deployments, or significant enhancement projects.

• Knowledgeable in HR, payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, and workforce management processes.

• Experience with Workday integrations, EIBs, and data loads.

• Possession of Workday certifications or advanced Workday training.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, or multinational organization.
