HRIS Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage, enhance, maintain, and provide support for the organization's Human Resource Information Systems, focusing mainly on UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (Kronos).

• Act as the technical and functional subject matter expert for HR systems.

• Ensure data integrity, process effectiveness, regulatory adherence, and valuable reporting capabilities.

• Supervise the integrity, organization, and governance of employee records and organizational data within UKG.

• Analyze, design, and assist in workflows, business processes, and approval routing.

• Assess, plan, test, and implement system updates and configuration modifications.

• Monitor system performance and resolve issues as they arise.

• Maintain schedules, pay rules, labor levels, and accrual settings.

• Analyze and address complex timekeeping and attendance challenges in collaboration with supervisors, HR, and payroll.

• Suggest improvements to systems or processes where applicable.

• Facilitate payroll processing through precise time and attendance management.

• Investigate and rectify errors in the workforce management system.

• Develop, interpret, and deliver standard and ad hoc reports.

• Assist with workforce data inquiries from HR and leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor's degree.

• 3-5 years of experience in HRIS.

• 3+ years of experience with UKG Pro and/or Kronos.

• Experience in supporting HR, benefits, payroll, and timekeeping processes.

• Strong skills in Excel and reporting.

• Capability to work effectively within a team.

• Willingness to travel occasionally.

• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
