HR Tech Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the complete delivery of HRTech implementation projects.

• Oversee project governance, manage client relationships, handle financial aspects, team performance, project scope, timelines, resources, and quality standards.

• Guide projects from the initial phase to official closure.

• Establish and maintain connections with client project sponsors and stakeholders.

• Facilitate executive project reviews and prepare presentations for steering committees.

• Identify and manage risks, address issues, and handle escalations; formulate strategies for mitigation and resolve critical obstacles.

• Inspire and lead cross-functional project teams.

• Mentor junior project members and assist in their professional growth.

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and offer structured, actionable feedback.

• Comply with PMO standards and participate in enhancing methodologies.

• Ensure project documentation is thorough, precise, and ready for audit.

• Propel program and workstream execution.

• Maintain risk logs and perform regular reviews.

• Negotiate delivery scope in alignment with client strategies.

• Monitor burn rates and track changes in scope against the budget.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is mandatory.

• 7–10 years of project management experience specifically in HRTech implementations.

• Established history of successfully delivering large-scale software implementations.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and financial management skills.

• Proven ability in people management and team development.

• Recommended Project Management Certification related to the product is preferred.
