This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, which includes crafting job descriptions, posting job openings, screening candidates, organizing interviews, and aiding in final selections.
• Manage recruitment efforts and candidate pipelines utilizing Workable and other pertinent platforms.
• Conduct preliminary HR interviews to evaluate candidate experience, communication abilities, motivation, and cultural alignment.
• Ensure consistent and prompt communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare and maintain employment documents, personnel files, leave records, and other HR-related information.
• Coordinate employment contracts, payroll inputs, benefits, and administrative matters in collaboration with management, accountants, and legal advisors.
• Aid in the development and ongoing enhancement of HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and internal guidelines.
• Assist managers with performance evaluations, goal setting, employee development, and feedback mechanisms.
• Monitor employee engagement and proactively identify workplace issues before they escalate.
• Support initiatives for training, professional growth, and team-building.
• Ensure that sensitive employee and candidate information is managed securely and confidentially.
• Maintain precise HR records and deliver relevant recruitment and workforce reports to management.
• Foster a professional, inclusive, accountable, and collaborative work environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or people operations.
• Proven experience in managing the entire recruitment process.
• Proficient in reviewing CVs, conducting structured screening interviews, and consistently assessing candidates.
• Strong understanding of HR administration and the employee lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Greek employment practices and labor legislation.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a keen attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Proficient in both written and spoken Greek and English.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
• Experience in recruiting software engineers, cybersecurity experts, or other technical professionals (preferred).
• Familiarity with Workable or other applicant tracking systems (preferred).
• Experience in supporting remote or distributed teams (preferred).
• Understanding of HR policies, performance management frameworks, and employee engagement processes (preferred).
• Experience collaborating with payroll providers, accountants, and legal advisors (preferred).
• Knowledge of GDPR requirements concerning employee and candidate data (preferred).
• Experience with workforce documentation or personnel reporting for EU-funded projects (preferred).
• Relevant HR certification or postgraduate qualification (preferred).
