HR & Talent Acquisition Associate

📋 Description

• Lead sourcing initiatives via LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms

• Identify candidates from various channels and maintain robust talent pipelines

• Evaluate resumes and applications while upholding a high-quality standard

• Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments of candidates

• Organize interviews, assessments, and recruitment activities across various positions

• Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to achieve hiring objectives and deadlines

• Monitor candidate progression and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process

• Provide status updates and recruitment insights to stakeholders

• Develop search strategies to attract and engage top talent

• Oversee assigned requisitions from initial intake to offer stages

• Assume responsibility for recruitment-related projects and additional tasks as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or related fields

• Extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, and stakeholder engagement

• Analytical mindset with a process-oriented approach

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to follow-up

• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English

• Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities

• Experience in a startup environment or in-house recruitment is advantageous

• Preference for candidates with experience supporting remote teams

• Must be available to work during US hours (8 AM - 5 PM EST)

• Practical skills assessment required prior to interviews
