HR Specialist, Fluent in French – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage with advanced language models in both English and French regarding real-world HR situations and theoretical inquiries.

• Challenge language models on compliance with labor codes, workplace investigations, onboarding processes, DEI initiatives, training and development strategies, and international HR policies.

• Assess factual correctness and logical coherence.

• Document reproducible error traces and outline failure modes.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Contribute HR expertise and knowledge of the French language to aid in training AI models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in French.

• In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, organizational development, labor law, and HRIS systems.

• Strong familiarity with HR practices in French-speaking regions.

• Experience in HR operations within international or bilingual settings.

• Ability to communicate clearly and metacognitively, demonstrating your thought process.

• Professional certifications such as SHRM or CIPD indicate suitability.

• A Master's degree in human resources, business administration, labor relations, or a closely related field is preferred.
