HR IT Specialist, Workforce Scheduling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and sustain workforce scheduling and time management systems, with a focus on ORTEC and LOGA Time Management.

• Address inquiries and incident reports from facilities as part of second-level support.

• Execute system modifications and configurations.

• Establish working-time and duty roster models in accordance with collective bargaining agreements and legal requirements.

• Engage in system testing activities.

• Assist with releases and updates.

• Generate data imports and reports for facilities.

• Facilitate user training sessions.

• Maintain documentation for processes and systems.

• Contribute to the development of company-wide system standards and innovative solutions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in business administration or healthcare.

• Preferably, an additional professional qualification such as an IHK-certified HR specialist, a specialist qualification in healthcare management, or an equivalent credential.

• A passion for HR systems, digital processes, and workforce scheduling software.

• Initial professional experience in HR, workforce scheduling, or time management is advantageous.

• Familiarity with workforce scheduling systems like ORTEC or LOGA Time Management is a plus.

• Basic understanding of collective bargaining agreements, employment regulations, or working-time laws is beneficial.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially with complex spreadsheets, data analysis, and pivot tables.

• A structured and service-oriented work approach.

• Enjoyment in collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders.
