This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee and maintain workforce scheduling and time management systems, specifically ORTEC and LOGA Time Management.
• Address inquiries and incident reports from facilities through second-level support.
• Execute system modifications and configurations.
• Establish working-time and shift-scheduling models that comply with collective agreements and statutory regulations.
• Assist in system testing and coordinate software releases and updates.
• Generate data imports and reports for the facilities.
• Conduct training sessions for users.
• Keep process and system documentation up to date.
• Contribute to shaping company-wide system standards and innovative solutions.
• Completed vocational training in a commercial or healthcare-related field.
• Preferably, an additional qualification such as Certified HR Specialist (IHK), Health Care Management Specialist, or equivalent.
• A passion for HR systems, digital processes, and workforce scheduling software.
• Initial practical experience in HR, workforce scheduling, or time management is beneficial.
• Basic understanding of collective agreements, employment contract regulations, or working-time guidelines is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly with complex spreadsheets, data analysis, and PivotTables.
• A structured and service-oriented work approach.
