HR HelpDesk Specialist, Oracle Cloud HCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Design and set up the Oracle Cloud HCM HR HelpDesk module tailored for federal government clients.

• Collect and evaluate client requirements while identifying discrepancies between system functionality and business goals.

• Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) to showcase features and obtain feedback.

• Perform fit-gap analysis and establish test conditions and scenarios.

• Develop functional design documentation for the development team.

• Map legacy fields to Oracle HCM Cloud for data conversion.

• Conduct unit testing to verify system configurations.

• Act as a communication bridge between clients and the development team.

• Offer support and insights throughout the development process.

• Manage test defects and ensure prompt resolutions.

• Assist in training activities for end users and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Must have U.S. work authorization without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM HR HelpDesk, particularly in federal government settings.

• Familiarity with reviewing requirements, crafting solutions, and creating functional design documents for RICEFW.

• Practical experience in system configuration, testing, and defect management.

• Willingness to enhance skills and seek certification in Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
