HR Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with leaders and staff throughout Western Canada to deliver daily HR support and advice.

• Manage the complete recruitment process for clinic and operational positions, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.

• Facilitate initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.

• Provide coaching and support regarding performance management, employee relations, and HR best practices.

• Oversee and assist with leave management, accommodations, and return-to-work procedures.

• Work alongside leaders to further health and safety initiatives and compliance obligations.

• Aid in HR projects, process enhancements, training initiatives, and organizational programs.

• Encourage the consistent implementation of policies, procedures, and employment legislation throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in support of multiple locations or operational teams.

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related discipline.

• Strong knowledge of employment standards, human rights, and workplace health & safety regulations.

• Proven experience in managing full-cycle recruitment and employee relations.

• Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.

• Experience with HRIS platforms, such as ADP, is considered advantageous.

• CHRP designation (or currently pursuing) is considered a plus.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is regarded as a significant asset.
