HR Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with leaders and staff throughout Western Canada to deliver daily HR support and advice.

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for clinic and operational positions, which includes sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, extending offers, and facilitating onboarding.

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.

• Offer coaching and direction concerning performance management, employee relations, and HR best practices.

• Manage and coordinate leave management, accommodations, and return-to-work procedures.

• Work alongside leaders to promote health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Assist with HR projects, process enhancements, training initiatives, and organizational programs.

• Encourage the consistent implementation of policies, procedures, and employment legislation throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive experience in HR, preferably supporting multiple locations or operational teams.

• A post-secondary degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.

• A strong grasp of employment standards, human rights, and workplace health and safety legislation.

• Experience in managing full-cycle recruitment and employee relations.

• Outstanding communication, coaching, and relationship-building capabilities.

• Familiarity with HRIS systems like ADP is considered beneficial.

• CHRP designation (or currently pursuing) is viewed as an asset.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is regarded as a significant advantage.
