HR Executive Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and revise job descriptions as necessary

• Promote job vacancies on the company careers page, social media platforms, and job boards

• Identify potential candidates through online resources

• Compose recruitment emails to engage passive candidates

• Review incoming resumes and application forms

• Provide hiring managers with a shortlist of qualified candidates

• Maintain the employee database on the company portal

• Collect attendance and leave data

• Collaborate with the Accounts team regarding payroll processing details

• Work with managers to recognize future hiring requirements

• Apply theoretical knowledge to everyday HR operations

• Attend weekly review meetings with various teams

• Coordinate with the reporting manager, business heads, and internal teams

• Execute weekly bite-sized projects that are reviewed and assessed by peers and supervisors

• Currently enrolled student seeking experience in the HR industry

• Master's degree with a focus on HR or a related field from a well-regarded institution

• Strong conceptual understanding of HR principles

• Willingness to collaborate with a team of experts while adhering to established systems and processes

• Eagerness to learn and tackle new challenges

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Availability during designated virtual-office work hours

• Capability to provide task updates to the Project Management Executive
