HR & EOR Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Serve as the designated Responsible Person for the Swiss entity in accordance with Swiss personnel leasing (SECO) regulations.

• Ensure adherence to Swiss labour-leasing laws, Swiss employment regulations, and the staffing industry GAV.

• Maintain necessary documentation for SECO and cantonal audits and inspections.

• Act as the main Swiss liaison for SECO and cantonal authorities.

• Oversee HR and employment functions for the Swiss entity, including onboarding processes, contract management, and employment issues.

• Assist in payroll supervision alongside the global payroll team.

• Address employee and client escalations related to HR and compliance matters.

• Supervise the entity’s EOR/personnel leasing operations.

• Work in close collaboration with global HR, payroll, and compliance teams.

• Enhance operational procedures while ensuring regulatory compliance.


⛳️ Requirements

• Eligibility to work in Switzerland: Swiss citizen; EU/EFTA national with a valid Swiss B or C permit; non-EU/EFTA national with a Swiss C permit; or EU/EFTA national with a legitimate 5-year cross-border G permit.

• Any completed qualification: EFZ apprenticeship, Matura/Abitur, or a university degree in any discipline.

• Standard route: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment or placement, personnel leasing or staffing (including EOR), substantial HR, personnel consulting, or organizational/business consulting.

• Alternative route: Minimum of 3 years of general professional experience along with a completed, recognized HR qualification with a passing exam, such as HRSE or VSH HR Assistant.

• Employment certificates detailing dates, workload percentage, and key responsibilities are required in addition to a CV for the standard route.

• Clean criminal record, debt-enforcement register, and tax history are mandatory.

• Comfortable being listed on the Commercial Register with signing authority.

• Prepared to disclose other employment, board mandates, or licensed-business responsibilities.

• Must be genuinely hands-on; purely advisory profiles will not be considered suitable.

• Proficiency in English at B2, C1 level, or fluent.
