HR Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the Human Resources department for Prysmian’s North America Industrial & Construction division.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align human capital strategies with business objectives, growth initiatives, and organizational aims.

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, encompassing talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, talent development, succession planning, and offboarding.

• Provide guidance to leaders on employee relations, organizational efficiency, change management, and decisions related to personnel.

• Leverage workforce analytics and HR metrics to discern trends and facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Direct and cultivate a high-performing HR team.

• Assist with compensation, talent, performance, and other organizational HR programs.

• Collaborate with operations, commercial, finance, IT, supply chain, R&D, and other stakeholders across various locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in HR.

• Proven experience in leading and developing an HR team.

• Background in manufacturing, industrial, construction, or a comparable operational setting.

• Strong skills in business partnership.
