HR Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Act as the intermediary between the USA POPs team and the teams located in Ukraine and Europe (approximately 25 individuals)

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of the European team, ensuring that practices align with current regulations and remain compliant

• Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes

• Guarantee timely completion of payroll and expense management tasks

• Address benefit-related issues while maintaining precise and up-to-date records and data

• Manage hardware resources

• Foster a positive company culture through remote team-building activities and regular one-on-one meetings

• Aid in recruiting efforts, including scheduling and conducting preliminary interviews for European positions

• Contribute to wider People Operations initiatives, such as large-scale company events and translating internal documentation for the website

⛳️ Requirements

• This is a part-time role, requiring availability from 4-8 PM Kyiv time on business days

• At least 1 year of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related administrative position

• Proficiency in Ukrainian (both spoken and written) and English at a B1/B2 level or higher

• Strong judgment and discretion are essential, as you will manage sensitive information that requires trust

• Ability to work independently across different time zones and recognize when to escalate issues

• Bonus: practical experience with Rippling, Remote (EOR), Workday, Expensify, and Greenhouse
