HR Consultant – HRBP, Benefits Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to offer strategic and hands-on HR assistance

• Assist businesses in addressing people-related needs and challenges

• Provide guidance to leadership on HR-related issues

• Manage employee relations situations

• Deliver effective HR solutions

• Support a diverse range of clients with varying business requirements

• Work alongside HR professionals to ensure outstanding client service

• Attend pre-scheduled client meetings in San Francisco as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in HR

• Strong expertise in HR Business Partner (HRBP) functions

• Experience in administering employee benefits

• Capability to provide counsel to leadership

• Proficiency in handling employee relations issues

• Skill in delivering effective HR solutions

• Strong proactive problem-solving skills

• Ability to cultivate trusted relationships

• Confidence in adapting to various client environments

• Previous HR consulting experience is highly desired, especially in supporting multiple clients with diverse business needs

• Willingness and capability to accommodate occasional client visits in San Francisco
