📋 Description

• Deliver professional outsourced HR and consulting services to a diverse range of clients across various industries.

• Oversee daily HR and administrative operations, which include ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, creating policies and handbooks, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, compensation, performance management, employee relations, and reporting.

• Facilitate manual changes and system updates with the payroll processor while ensuring data integrity within the HRIS/payroll system (ADP).

• Execute full-cycle recruitment services, covering applicant tracking, interviewing, and conducting reference/background checks.

• Collaborate with brokers to create group benefits plans and manage benefits administration, which encompasses open enrollment, plan design, addressing employee inquiries, and invoice auditing.

• Address HR-related inquiries from both internal and external sources through the dedicated Advantage HR mailbox.

• Cultivate relationships with clients and employees as a reliable HR resource through effective communication and prompt delivery of services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related fields is preferred, or relevant experience may substitute for a degree.

• At least one year of experience in HR.

• Proficient in all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Significant experience with Excel and other data analysis tools is preferred.

• Prior experience with ATS platforms; ADP is preferred.

• Strong understanding of payroll processes, requirements, and regulations.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with colleagues and clients at all organizational levels.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and tasks for various clients simultaneously.

• HRCI / SHRM certification is preferred.
