This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Serve as the main HR partner and trusted advisor for leaders in Sales and Marketing.
β’ Cultivate a thorough understanding of the priorities, team dynamics, and challenges within each function.
β’ Collaborate with global HR and business teams to ensure alignment and consistency across various regions.
β’ Lead and facilitate performance reviews, goal setting, mid-year evaluations, compensation adjustments, and promotions.
β’ Work in tandem with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and L&D to meet business requirements and address capability gaps.
β’ Evaluate attrition, engagement scores, and headcount trends to identify risks and guide leadership decisions.
β’ Assist leaders in forming high-performing teams and executing engagement action plans.
β’ Collaborate on organizational design and headcount planning as teams grow or undergo restructuring.
β’ Manage employee relations issues, including performance improvement plans, investigations, and reasonable accommodation requests.
β’ Ensure adherence to applicable employment laws in all HR practices.
β’ 3β6 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 1β2 years in an HRBP or similar role.
β’ Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field β or equivalent practical experience.
β’ Experience collaborating with Sales or Marketing teams is highly desirable.
β’ Familiarity with sales compensation or incentive plan design is a valuable asset.
β’ Experience with Workday or a comparable HRIS is preferred.
β’ Previous participation in compensation reviews, workforce planning, or organizational design discussions.
β’ Proven ability to establish credibility with leaders through effective follow-through, sound judgment, and transparency.
β’ Capability to manage ambiguous situations and conflicting priorities.
β’ Comfortable interacting with all levels, from front-line managers to senior executives.
β’ Capacity to introduce structure and practical solutions to challenges.
β’ Understanding of relevant federal and state employment laws, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, and applicable state regulations.
