HR Advisor – Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of designated HR projects, overseeing the entire process from planning to execution.

• Collaborate on initiatives such as capacity building, readiness for the Employment Rights Act (ERA), HR audits, and enhancing people processes.

• Develop and present practical training materials and resources.

• Offer practical HR advice and support regarding everyday people-related issues.

• Assist with employee relations activities, including matters related to absence, performance, probation, and other employee concerns as necessary.

• Ensure that HR practices are consistent, equitable, and in alignment with employment laws and company policies.

• Collaborate closely with the Global Head of People and the broader People Team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Availability for an immediate start or within 2 weeks.

• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.

• Familiarity with US employment legislation and HR practices is a plus.

• Demonstrated experience in executing HR projects and enhancing people processes.

• Background in supporting employee relations cases and delivering clear, practical guidance to line managers on people issues.

• Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing competing priorities and working autonomously.

• A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset.

• Experience with HR systems, preferably BambooHR, is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Monday.com or comparable project management tools would be beneficial.

• An interest in AI and its potential to streamline and enhance HR processes.
