This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, text, and chat.
• Perform assessments to identify the nature of inquiries and deliver immediate psychosocial support, evidence-based information, and brief interventions.
• Inform help-seekers about available perinatal mental health resources and services.
• Direct help-seekers to suitable services and resources listed in approved directories.
• Ensure comprehensive, accurate, detailed, and timely real-time case documentation in Salesforce.
• Confirm that documentation complies with established policies and procedures.
• Uphold professionalism in the virtual workspace and across communication platforms.
• Collaborate and engage with the remote team through Slack and other designated communication channels.
• Safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of each help-seeker.
• Attend and actively participate in scheduled meetings, training sessions, and developmental activities for the Hotline project.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (psychology, social work, counseling, etc.) is preferred.
• Must hold a license as a Mental Health Clinician, Licensed Healthcare Professional with maternal and child health experience, or be a National or State-Certified Doula, Lactation Consultant, Childbirth Educator, or Peer Specialist.
• At least two (2) years of professional experience in your field, specifically with the maternal and child health population.
• Professional liability insurance coverage of a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 in aggregate.
• Proven proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, internet browsers, and search directories.
• Capability to manage conflict and tolerate distress while assisting help-seekers.
• Must possess the ability to multitask and handle potentially unpredictable and high-acuity contacts in the mental health domain.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks according to provided instructions, routines, and accepted practices.
• Flexibility to adapt to immediate changes in policies, procedures, processes, and guidance.
• Required to complete and pass a Non-Sensitive Tier II - Moderate Check and Clearance background check administered by HHS.
• Must successfully complete all mandatory Postpartum Support International training.

• Ability to safely and effectively perform essential job functions in accordance with ADA and applicable federal, state, and local standards.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, speak, and hear regularly; extensive computer use necessitates adequate hand dexterity and the ability to read a computer screen.
