Hospice Veterinarian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Deliver compassionate hospice and in-home euthanasia services to pets and their owners.

• Operate independently while traveling to clients' residences.

• Conduct a limited number of appointments each day at a relaxed pace.

• Provide attentive listening, address challenging inquiries, and clarify end-of-life care options to families.

• Assist families in saying farewell with dignity and serenity.

• Serve the areas of Denver, Aurora, Littleton, Westminster, Arvada, Lakewood, Parker, and nearby regions.

• Collaborate with and receive guidance from experienced professionals.

• Engage in onboarding, mentorship, training, and opportunities for professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) degree.

• Valid U.S. Driver's License.

• Select four weekend days per month that suit your schedule.

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance.

• Completion of license verification, background check, and driving record assessment prior to start date.
