Hospice Veterinarian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Deliver compassionate hospice and in-home euthanasia services in the comfort of pets' homes.

• Assist families residing in Provo, West Valley, Orem, Spanish Fork, Springville, Vineyard, Lehi, Santaquin, Utah, and nearby areas.

• Operate independently while on the road, with support from the team.

• Manage a limited number of appointments each day, ensuring no double-booking or hasty visits.

• Provide attentive listening to families, clarify end-of-life care options, and assist them in saying farewell with dignity and peace.

• Address challenging questions with compassion.

• Engage in onboarding, personalized mentorship, and continuous professional development.

• Organize a self-directed schedule of two to five days each week.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) is required.

• A valid U.S. Driver's License is necessary.

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance.

• Flexible weekends: select the 4 weekend days per month that align with your lifestyle.

• Completion of license verification, a background check, and a review of your driving record prior to the start date.
