Hospice Veterinarian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Deliver hospice and in-home euthanasia services to pets and their families.

• Operate independently while traveling to homes throughout Fox Chapel, Murrysville, Plum, Pennsylvania, and the adjacent metropolitan area.

• Conduct several appointments each day at a relaxed pace.

• Spend time with families, addressing challenging questions and assisting them in saying farewell with dignity and tranquility.

• Articulate care details and honor the unique stories of each pet.

• Design and manage a flexible schedule of 2 to 5 days per week.

• Choose four weekend days each month that suit your lifestyle.

• Engage in onboarding, personalized mentorship, and continuous team support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) is required.

• Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License.

• Select the four weekend days each month that align with your personal schedule.

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance.

• License verification is necessary prior to the start date.

• A background check is mandatory before commencing employment.

• A review of your driving record is required before the start date.
