Hospice Veterinarian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver compassionate hospice and in-home euthanasia services in the comfort of pets' homes.

• Operate independently while traveling throughout Anderson Township, Indian Hill, Hyde Park, Mariemont, Loveland, Milford, and the surrounding metropolitan areas.

• Manage a limited number of appointments each day, ensuring ample time to listen, explain, and honor each pet's unique story.

• Address challenging questions from families with empathy, assisting them in saying farewell with dignity and peace.

• Support grieving families during the end-of-life process.

• Engage in onboarding, receive one-on-one mentorship, and benefit from ongoing team support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) degree.

• Valid U.S. Driver's License.

• Select four weekend days each month that align with your lifestyle.

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance.

• Completion of license verification, background check, and driving record review prior to the start date.
