Hospice Veterinarian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver compassionate hospice and in-home euthanasia services to pets and their families.

• Operate in West Chester, Liberty Township, Ohio, and the adjacent metropolitan area.

• Perform mobile veterinary consultations within clients' residences.

• Function autonomously while on the road, supported by a collaborative team.

• Handle a limited number of appointments each day at a comfortable pace.

• Engage with families, clarify care options, and assist them in saying farewell with dignity.

• Take part in onboarding, receive one-on-one mentorship, and pursue ongoing professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) qualification.

• Possession of a valid U.S. Driver's License.

• Select four weekend days per month that accommodate your lifestyle.

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance.

• License verification is mandatory prior to the start date.

• Background check is required before commencing employment.

• Driving record assessment is necessary before the start date.
