Hospice Veterinarian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver hospice and in-home euthanasia services to pets and their families within the comfort of their homes.

• Operate independently while traveling throughout Green Township, Delhi, Cheviot, Harrison, Ohio, and the surrounding metropolitan region.

• Schedule a limited number of appointments each day to ensure ample time for listening, explaining, and honoring the unique stories of each pet.

• Address challenging end-of-life inquiries with compassion and understanding.

• Assist families in saying farewell with dignity and tranquility.

• Engage in onboarding and personalized mentorship, while having access to experienced colleagues for additional support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) degree.

• Possession of a valid U.S. Driver's License.

• Select four weekend days per month that best suit your schedule.

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance and up to 90 lbs with assistance.

• Completion of license verification, a background check, and a review of your driving record prior to the start date.
