Hospice Veterinarian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Deliver compassionate hospice and in-home euthanasia services in the comfort of families' homes

• Operate independently while traveling

• Conduct a limited number of appointments each day to avoid double-booking or time constraints

• Support families by answering challenging questions, explaining care options, and assisting them in saying goodbye with dignity

• Serve the regions of Westchester/Soundshore, Scarsdale, Larchmont, Pelham, New Rochelle, and nearby metropolitan areas

• Engage in onboarding, receive one-on-one mentorship, and benefit from ongoing team support

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) degree

• Valid U.S. Driver's License

• Select 4 weekend days per month that accommodate your lifestyle

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance

• Completion of license verification, background check, and driving record assessment prior to the start date
