Hospice Veterinarian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Deliver compassionate hospice and in-home euthanasia services in the comfort of families' homes.

• Operate independently while traveling throughout Fort Thomas, Fort Mitchell, Florence, Union, Independence, Kentucky, and the neighboring metropolitan area.

• Conduct a limited number of appointments each day, allowing ample time to listen, explain, and honor each pet's unique story.

• Address challenging end-of-life questions with empathy and kindness.

• Assist families in saying goodbye with dignity and peace.

• Engage in onboarding, personalized mentorship, and continuous team support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) degree.

• Valid U.S. Driver's License required.

• Select four weekend days each month that align with your lifestyle.

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance.

• Completion of license verification, background check, and driving record review prior to the start date.
