Hospice Veterinarian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver compassionate hospice and in-home euthanasia care in the comfort of clients' homes.

• Operate independently while on the road.

• Conduct a limited number of appointments each day, ensuring no double-booking or time constraints.

• Provide support to families by explaining end-of-life options and assisting them in saying goodbye with dignity and peace.

• Serve clients in Sacramento and its surrounding metropolitan areas.

• Collaborate with and receive support from mentors and experienced colleagues.

• Engage in thorough onboarding and ongoing training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) degree.

• Valid U.S. Driver's License.

• Availability to choose 4 weekend days per month.

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance.

• Completion of license verification, background check, and driving record review prior to the start date.
