Hospice Veterinarian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Deliver compassionate hospice and in-home euthanasia services in the comfort of pets' homes.

• Operate independently while traveling throughout Tucson and the surrounding areas of Arizona.

• Manage a limited number of appointments each day, allowing for a relaxed pace.

• Engage with families, clarify care options, and address challenging questions.

• Assist families in saying farewell with dignity and tranquility.

• Collaborate with and receive support from seasoned colleagues.

• Take part in onboarding, mentorship, training, and opportunities for professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) degree.

• Valid U.S. Driver's License is necessary.

• Select four weekend days each month that align with your schedule.

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 90 lbs with assistance.

• License verification must be completed prior to the start date.

• A background check is mandatory before the start date.

• Review of driving record is required before the start date.
