This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Conduct telephone triage for hospice patients and their families.
β’ Evaluate patient conditions and identify suitable next steps.
β’ Work collaboratively with on-call teams to manage care and resources.
β’ Ensure accurate documentation of communications and interventions.
β’ Maintain a composed and professional demeanor while addressing urgent calls.
β’ Offer essential after-hours support and facilitate timely interventions for hospice patients and families.
β’ Current multistate Registered Nurse (RN) license.
β’ Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is highly preferred.
β’ Proficient with technology and electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation purposes.
β’ Capable of typing documentation and notes efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Ability to manage stress and multitask effectively while receiving calls.
β’ Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities.
β’ Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
β’ Consistent attendance and proactive communication during all scheduled shifts.
β’ Dependable internet connectivity during all scheduled shifts.
β’ Base pay starting at $25 per hour, with potential increases up to $28 per hour within the first 6 months of employment.
β’ Three weeks of paid remote training.
β’ $2 shift differential for overnight shifts.
β’ $2 shift differential for weekend work (Friday evening, Saturday & Sunday).
β’ Accumulated PTO for both part-time and full-time nurses, based on annual hours worked.
β’ Eligibility for a 401(k) plan for part-time and full-time nurses.
