Hospice Triage RN, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver telephone triage support for hospice patients and their families.

• Evaluate patient conditions and identify suitable next steps.

• Work in conjunction with on-call teams to ensure coordinated care and resource allocation.

• Precisely document all communications and interventions.

• Maintain a composed and professional attitude while managing urgent calls.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current multistate Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is highly preferred.

• Proficiency with technology and electronic medical records (EMR).

• Capability to document and take notes efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

• Ability to manage stress and multitask during call reception.

• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities.

• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting.

• Consistent attendance, proactive communication, and dependable internet access during scheduled shifts.
