Hospice Music Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual needs of hospice patients

• Create individualized music therapy treatment plans

• Conduct music therapy sessions aimed at alleviating pain, lowering anxiety, and enhancing mood

• Assist patients facing challenges such as limited social interaction, pain, anxiety, dementia, communication issues, spiritual needs, or concerns regarding their quality of life

• Engage family members when deemed appropriate

• Deliver compassionate home care services that reflect innovation, expertise, and Christ-like values

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Music Therapy from an accredited institution

• Certification from the Certification Board for Music Therapists (CBMT)

• A valid driver’s license along with auto liability insurance
